These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “User Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and webBask.

1.2. “webBask”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the operator of the platform, headquartered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

1.3. webBask provides an e-commerce platform allowing businesses (“Merchants”) to set up online storefronts, and for consumers to browse and purchase products or services offered through those stores.

1.4. Use of this platform is conditional upon your acceptance of all policies and notices referenced herein, including these Terms.

2. Modifications to Terms

2.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

2.2. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. User Obligations

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the security of your account.

3.3. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Merchant Terms

4.1. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fulfillment of any listings, services, or products provided via the Platform.

4.2. Merchants must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including tax and data protection regulations.

5. Payments and Transactions

5.1. All payments on the Platform are handled by third-party payment processors. webBask does not store sensitive payment data on its servers.

5.2. Payment providers we integrate with use end-to-end encryption, SSL protocols, and robust firewall systems to safeguard transactions.

5.3. While we implement industry-standard security, users acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the Platform, including logos, images, text, and software, is the property of webBask or its licensors.

6.2. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, webBask shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

7.2. Our maximum liability for any claims related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service, if any.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless webBask, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also request account termination by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat.
